Hendrikus Wijdeveld was a major force in the creation of Dutch modernism. He was an architect and graphic designer, he founded and edited the important dutch periodical Wendingen and design many of the striking covers. His other great posters include Architectuur Frank Lloyd Wright,Eere Tentoonstelling.
His works are held in the permanent collection of MOMA, Cooper Hewitt Museum.
